Gap Year Advice! watch

    • Thread Starter

I'm planning on a gap year after graduation with two friends. We're thinking start in Australia, after flights have been bought we're going to go over with £1000-£2000 try and find a job asap and work there for 6/7 months. How easy is it to find work in Australia, we were thinking either Sydney or Melbourne, any advice? I read somewhere that you have to prove you have funding, of about £3000, can anyone clarify this as it was quite confusing!

If we find a job then we're hoping to travel to Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Nepal, Delhi, Beijing, Shanghai, Osaka, Tokyo and then back home to the U.K. Do you think this can be achieved in a year, any other advice would be very much appreciated.

    Many Thanks
How are you feeling in the run-up to Results Day 2018?
