3. 2t+1 = (2t+2) - 1; the bit in the first bracket obviously simplifies nicely when you divide by t+1. (You've gone about this the long way by effectively writing 2t+1 = 2t + 1 = (2t+2 - 2) + 1 instead).

Ok..but am i right? unless wolfram alpha are correct in saying there's a 2 in there =/

5. Why does wolfram get a +2 + constant surely you can just say + constant ?
