Well I saw what the shared kitchens were like at my boyfs uni :| definitely a good choice for me (: I went to BGP at the open day and a girl was saying how they adopted someone from a studio into their ensuite flat to make them more included in the first week haha
Haha that's good because i am going to need adopting
I have seen a few shared kitchens and i didnt really like it and there wasnt that much difference in price for an en-suite and a studio

when are we going to know exactly which flat we've been allocated in?
Will this be after results day?

Ah, that's what I was about to ask. Cheers! It seems to make more sense to allocate it after results day/clearing/adjustment and the like, but I just find it odd that those in various other halls already know which flat they're in.

Yeah I found that weird as well :p:
But the problem with it is that you will have to wait a few weeks to find out your block and who you will be living with, and this is all after an intense wait for your A Level results! :p:

I can imagine that being a b!tch of a wait, but fortunately for me, I shan't be going through the agonising suspense of results anticipation. I was hoping this meant that I would be assigned my room sooner, but apparently not. Never mind, I can live.

I've had an offer for a studio room. Not sure how I'm going to get the money for that £250 deposit, though... I have little money, and nor do my parents!
