    Hi,
Basically I did a stupid thing; I bought some train tickets for Saturday via London Midland and paid by debit card; once the transaction was through I realised *crap* I forgot to add my 16-25 railcard to the booking. I'll probably ring them tomorrow or something, but has anyone gone through this situation and been refunded the railcard discount afterwards?
    Thanks

My dad did something very similar last week and purchased 2 student tickets by mistake(we needed 1 regular and 1 student)He rang and was able to get a refund on the incorrect ticket and repurchase. You shouldn't have any problems sorting this out.

You would need to get a refund and repurchase the tickets, but sometimes they charge for a refund so it might not be worth it.

OK thanks. I rang up and they don't allow it; cheers for the answers anyway!
