Anyone tried 20 rep squats? watch


    doing 20 reps builds endurance, not strength,,,

    strength - high intensity, at least 85% of 1RM, 1-5 reps, 2-6 sets
    hypertrophy, 67-85% 1rm load, 6-12 reps, 3-6 sets
    endurance less than 67% of 1rM, 12+ reps, 2-3 sets
