I am a female. I have been having strange hip and pelvic pains for 10 days now. They are pretty much constant, but I have been suffering from a lot of gas and I seem to need to pee a lot which makes me have a tummy ache in my lower abdomen as well. I am sure it is not a urine infection as it doesn't sting or anything and the urine looks/smells normal (sorry for TMI!). I am not sure what the problem is. Can wind cause pain that low down? normally when I get wind I feel it in stomach/around my ribs etc, not in my pelvis! Also I keep getting a strange feeling that I am coming on my period but I had my period two weeks ago

If you had your period two weeks ago, you will now be ovulating. I often get pain in my ovaries when I'm ovulating, and it sounds like you're having the same issue.

I'd say it was normal. However, if you're crippled over in agony, that would be the time to seek medical advice.

I've had the pain for 2 weeks though, if it were ovulation pain it would only be a couple of days probably
