In my experiment design that tries to study the relation between stress and headaches, if I for example assign two conditions, one neutral and the other stress, where the headache-free partcipants are all assigned to the stress condition, while the participants suffering from a regular headache were equally sepearetd on the different conditions, the stress condition and the neutral one, what type of design can I say that of the following: Between, within, mixed or matched participants

As in the beginning when all the participants were put in the stress condition, I said it was within participants. But, now, I'm not sure how this will change.
