Defintely University Hall. It's the cheapest self catered hall, has a really good atmosphere (most down to earth as there is greatest concentration of state schoolers in any hall), social life is awesome always something going on. The money you save in terms of rent is very useful as it means you can spend it stuff which is way more useful (alcohol). You will grow to love it

Also: free bus service means if you don't want to walk, you don't have to. But I usually do anyway as I like it

It's literally called "University Hall" :P.

All the clubs are down by the uni and beyond so everyone usually books taxis in for nights out - £2 per person. However, even if you lived in the Clifton halls which are closer, you still need to get a taxi into the clubs which are in the centre. However, there are a few clubs near the uni precinct which are easily walkable from Clifton halls but from Stoke Bishop(where most of the halls are) you still need to get a taxi in unless you're on a bar crawl cos no one can be bothered to walk.
