Is it the right time to start weightlifting? watch

    I'm 15, not fat, not skinny. But I hate what my body looks like. My shoulders are pretty small and I'm not broad at all.
    My GCSE's are coming up, so if I didn't start weight training, I wouldn't have much time to do a lot, but I could still start.
    Do you think it is the right time to start now? And how heavy/how many reps would be enough? I don't know much about this kind of thing, so any advice would be great, thanks.
