Optometry, aston or cardiff for firm? How flexible are they both? Watch

    Not sure I would agree with that - look at lots of university metrics - NSS results for last three years have out Cardiff ahead of Aston for student satisfaction.

    Ah, our good friend statistics. That means that a higher percentage of third year students that responded to the NSS survey put Cardiff ahead of Aston for student satisfaction. The people who respond to surveys are more likely to have extreme opinions than people who don't, so that could also be interpretted as there are one or two more extremely happy people at Cardiff, but most are indifferent and didn't bother to respond.

    Anyway, this detracts from the point I actually intended to respond with: the student experience is different, but only the applicant can know which one they'd prefer. By my comment, I mean the degree itself isn't better from Cardiff. It's actually exactly the same, because the GOC regulates what is taught in every optometry course.
