Your BMI is 22.39. You are in the healthy weight range. the ideal BMI is 18.5 - 25, so you're bang in the middle. I'd say you're fine for your age. You do exercise which is important for staying healthy, and as long as you eat right, you don't have anything to worry about.

Well I'm 5'8'' and weigh 8 and a 1/2 stone!! That's two stone less than you and we are the same height. You are most definitely not underweight.

Sorry just noticed you are male. I would still say you are not underweight

your fine. maybe could do with putting on a bit if your playing rugby. and i wouldnt rely too much on BMI, im not a big fan. im classified just about as 'overweight' for bmi. it doesnt take much into consideration.

The only reason you get that reaction is because the average rugby player is rather meaty.

lol im exactly same as you...play rugby, 5ft 8 but only like 9 stone

its kinda gay bt its really hard to put on weight. I rush aorund and do everything quickly and do loadz of fitness training. gonna start protein shakes after xmas and gym work
In a way I presume it would be easier to be in ur guys situation than to be an overweight person? I mean going into the gym for instance - an underweight/not-too-bulky person would have much greater confidence to do this than an overweight person. But if you have the means, then you should go to the gym and do some workouts and stuff, ull feel great afterwards

think i might start the gymwork. no harm i suppose. except it is well boring, like omg it is sooo repetitive. here goes. girls what do you reckon the idela height and weight is?
Reply 11
there aint an 'ideal' height or weight. its differs for everyone.

You should talk to my bf... 6ft 1" and 8 stone 12. Now that's scary.
