Was walking past Soho Gym today and they have re-branded as Budget Gym. The interesting bit is membership for £15, which I'm guessing is cheaper than before? Joining fee only £10

I'd go look but their rules ban grunting and having your hood up. Not that I go around grunting loudly with a hood up but I'd like to be allowed to

the weights section of the Aquatics has been done up, cardio is still in progress. It has doubled in size- which is cupboard sized to decent. I think (might be a little off cause it was last week I went to look) they have:
    two racks
    1 bench
    1 incline bench
    plate loaded leg press
    1 cable set up
    3 movable benches
    DBs to 40 or 50
    one other bar for deadlifting

All technogym stuff which I've used before and think is reasonably good. I'd hope they get more plates though, if someone is deadlifting whilst someone else leg presses then there's going to be a shortage.

Also, if anyone at Lifestyle Fitness is looking for a training partner on bench days let me know. Actually, almost desperate enough for a consistently good spot that I'd consider switching to another fairly central gym
