It is yeah, but not drastically. I am 7 stone 8 and 5 ft 5.5..if my frame was slimmer, it would look better. I look thinner than that, but I'm a size 8, which is normal.

if i remember correctly when i got my BMI tested he went through the different sections... and the last was 7-11 = athlete. i asked what if you were below 7, he said you'd almost be dead because you need fat in your body to live.. i got 6.3 :frown:
