Is there a certain amount of time I need to wait before it would show up on tests? I'm not talking HIV - just the other stuff chlamydia etc etc. Thanks

I would leave it for about two/three days or so. Don't leave it for like two weeks though.

If you go to get tested days after youve had sex the STI might not show up in the results.

They always ask you when did you last have sex, and if its less than 2 weeks they tell you what i just said.

As for HIV and syphilis they have a "upto" 3 month incubation period so you could go tested 2 months after sex and your blood test wont show any virus.

so my best bet is probably to wait for 2 weeks?
i was going to go today, then it occured to me that it may be too early
