I'm concluding a piece of work, and I wish to back up my argument that it's difficult to draw conclusions when using just one of quantative or qualitative research.

So can anyone provide me with a quote of an esteemed writer (preferably one who's discipline is a social science) making this point, so I can chuck it in to my references.
