    Between friends of the opposite sex, how do you know if you have a brother sister relationship or not?

    To me, it means you have a good relationship with no sexual aspects or desires tied in.

    Basically you see them as a member of your family. You're good friend, you can hug them etc but thats it, theres nothing sexual there, you dont see them in a sexual way and you wouldnt want to do anything that would jeopardise your friendship.

    Would cuddling be a part of this brother/sister relationship?

    So, there's never any flirting basically?

    Very close friends, the ability to tell them anything
    I've got a boy friend who's just like a brother, we bully each other and go out all the time. I don't like him in that way though.
    Even though when we are out, people mistake us for being a couple D;

    aye this basically. Also to separate it from other friendships it can mean you squabble more but it doesn't really change your friendship, just like siblings tend to have little tiffs often. Possibly them asking you to pick up toiletries might be a sign..

    Hmmmm...difficult to describe. I suggest thinking of it being like the relationship between you and your parents but imagining them as being 'equals' to you.

    Depends. If you're from Norwich, you're probably talking about an intimate sexual relationship, leading to marriage and children with webbed feet.

    It totally depends on you. I have a friend who is like a brother to me (he asked me out but i said no cos of this and now we're good friends). We cuddle and stuff, especially when we're drunk and might flirt occassionally but not as much as i would with other guys
