I imagine they're likely to ask what experience you have in dealing with people with similar disabilities, any other relevant skills or experience which may help, etc.
Perhaps also some questions on how you would deal with certain scenarios? it's hard to say, really.
Do you have any similar experience then OP?

What experience have you had?
Why do you think you will be successful at this job?
How will you cope with the challenges faced by being a carer?
How has your experienced prepared you for this role?
What qualities does a good carer need?
What qualities do you believe you possess to help you in this job?
What challenges have you faced in the past and how did you overcome them?
What challenges do disabled people face in today's society?
How, as a carer will you enrich the lives of the people you care for?
There is such a wide scope of questioning! Just prep for as many as you can and hopefully some of them will come up.
