=Also my local gym is really good, great equipment, and all up to date technology etc. Each machine has a small tv, which you can watch while exercising, or listen to music, which I find really helps, as it takes your mind off the fact you are exercising. I managed to watch 2 episodes of scrubs and didn't even think twice about the fact I was on an exercise machine! It was brilliant!
