Working in a customer service call centre environment... watch

    So atm, having been finished from a graduate job in November 10 and unable to find another one, am looking into other avenues and finding a job.

    A year ago, I did some hard call centre sales which was difficult but survived there for 6months and did ok at the end.

    Now Im considering applying for a customer service call centre job, most likely be working for the O2 department, and Im asking if working in a customer service job is all too much stress?

    Im just being assuming here and thinking of constant calls of complaint by customers and am wondering if there are variety in calls or is it a one way road of doom?

    Thoughts hugely appreciated.


    Its easy money, I don't understand how you can think its stressful, where is the responsibility or pressure of saying "can I help you?"
Do you agree with the proposed ban on plastic straws and cotton buds?
