    If you are applying for just the TFL and ML, next year's will be rolled over automatically, you will be written to and you have to send back the signed declaration. If youre applying for the MG aswell, then you have to apply yourself but it's a heck of alot easier. Applications will be open from late 2011/early 2012.

    If you are starting your degree in 2011, then you will stay on that rate of TF. ie. around the £3375 rate but increased roughly inline with inflation. You will not be paying the £9K unless you drop out and start a new course in 2012.
