One of the gynae regs took pity on my today (and told me to stop being so stupid and stubborn ) so I now have a lovely bag of drugs. Fingers crossed they help!
Well yes, I agree with them! Glad you have the drugs now. What did they gift you with?

Cyclizine, ondansetron and ranitidine. Fingers crossed!
I'll be 12 weeks on Sunday, but my nuchal scan isn't till Mon 7th. I had a look myself earlier this week and it looks like a proper tiny human now, with a heartbeat and wriggly limbs, so I'm optimistic that we'll be able to tell more people the good news after the proper scan.

Very exciting! Having access to ultrasound does have it's advantages!
I'm almost 15 weeks now, and back on cyclizine again after a UTI made my sickness become unmanageable again. Back to my placement tomorrow after a week off, hoping that my sporadic attendance won't have had too great an impact on my clinical work (I'm a trainee psychologist and I'm concerned about how my current unreliability will effect my therapeutic relationships!)
Appointment with the consultant this afternoon...my midwife referred me at the booking appointment and I have absolutely no idea why! This should be a fun appointment

Are you high risk for any reason or have a pre-existing or past condition that could be relevant?
I got referred due to a heart condition as a child. Even though I was discharged they like to be super cautious in pregnancy and wanted to do a fresh echo on both me and baby (the consultant referred me for those separately, so in the end I had 3 appointments due to this lol).
YAAAAY excited for you!! I saw your status about there not being enough food in the world to fill you up. And I thought "is she pregnant?!" because that was my main symptom. I literally could not stop eating for my entire pregnancy. Even when I was a tank. God knows how I managed to fit it all in when there wasn't even room for my ribs, but I did!!!

There's 22 months between my Lydia and Alex, and 25 months between Alex and Jason, so I know what you'll be dealing with. It's hard but manageable, and as they get older they have a lot of similar interests. You'll be fine Congrats!

In possibly the least surprising anon reveal ever, I am #28! Had my dating scan today, which all looks ok, and measurements match up with dates pretty perfectly - they've bumped my EDD forward by two days, but that's fairly academic. Annoyingly, he/she wouldn't lie the right way for NT measurement, so I couldn't have my triple test done, so am contemplating private screening as I know the NHS quad test isn't quite as accurate, just not sure it's worth the extra cash.
