I had a huge argument with my dad and stepmother, in which I was so angry I could barely stop myself from hitting my father. I then experienced a sudden onset of severe back pain which hasn't gone away - my back feels like it's locked in certain positions - trying to change positions is incredibly painful.

Any idea what this could be?

I know this sounds strange but I'm typing quickly because the pain is so bad.

Because it was 2AM, I'm guessing xD

But if that wasn't the reason, +1 to that question.

You're probably dying; if there's something that you want to do... do it now.

Even though you're taking the piss, that's a really stupid thing to say to someone. Think before you speak type.

I don't imagine the OP couldn't extrapolate that the advice to see a doctor could also be applied to the following day lol ...
I assumed that he meant that he couldn't see a doctor in general, for some reason.

Maybe do to all the quick movements you somehow sprained your back. You should seriuosly see a doctor or something, especiacially if the pain is severe.
