    Hi,

I'm accepting an offer and I need to fill out my crb. One section asks if I have an ISA number and another asks if im applying to register with the ISA. How do I know if I have an ISA number? Am I meant to also be registering for the ISA too? Sorry for my ignorance but I don't quite understand what it means.

    Thanks

    http://www.personnelchecks.co.uk/faqs.htm

Scroll down a bit and it says ISA FAQs.

If it helps I just received a CRB form (so I can volunteer with Vitalise) and their instructions say ISA registration has been halted because the gov are in the process of remodelling the Vetting and Barring Scheme so I should leave the applying for ISA section blank. What I can't say is how old this photocopied instruction leaflet from Vitalise is or whether the same will apply to you as a med student.
