I do a BTEC at college, and the uni I wanna go to will allow me to go on the course but I need an A Level in maths. I tried to get on to the A Level as well as a BTEC but they wouldn't let me. So is there any way I could get on the course without the A Level or is there anyway of me getting the A Level without having to do 2 more years of college?

You could do a one year intensive maths A level at your local college, thats what I did this year. Its a pretty tough course though because you essentially have to do two years worth of work in one year, but its certainly not impossible. Or perhaps you could do a foundation course for your chosen degree?

One year intensive would be best - if not, you could always enter yourself for the exams and self-teach or hire a tutor, but that would be very challenging and you'd have to be very determined.
