What is your favourite film, and why?

    Also:

If you had a book which contained a list of all books which do NOT contain their names inside, should the book itself be in the list or not?

    Would you spare me?

Where else did you apply, apart from the obvious SOAS? :coma:

It's taken thousands of years. But blacks have made it this far. Why stop?
Leeds, Sheffield and Newcastle. Got offers from them all, but if I fail to get to SOAS will just use UCAS extra and try my luck on Manchester university :yep:

    Indeed

Terrible. I believe the West shouldn't get involved in Libya. It is obvious that behind their "humanitarian" crap they are only intrefereing because of the good ol' oil.

How can I prove this fact?

Look at Ivory Coast. There is a massive civil war going on there atm, more violent than the one in Libya(yes, what is happening in Libya is no revolution, its a civil war), hundreds of people dying each day but everyone seems to ignore it.

    Disgusting.

Haha, thanks for giving me the standard operating speeds table, but not the actual emergency checklist that pilots have to run through in the case of an engine failure.

I think you deserve my rep anyway, seeing I am planning on doing my PPPL (Private Pilot's Licence) very soon, and I am learning some of this stuff - so handy revision for me. =

EDIT: But alas, I thought I had one left but I have run out of rep.

OH that is awesome! Being a pilot must be stressing, will you be able to take it?

    And don't worry about it

Yeah it will be a bit stressing at times - it is undeniable. But no more stressful than doing Core 4 Calculus at A2 level maths I can tell you Yea sure I can take it.

I just hope that I can convince my dad to open up his wallet for my training. It costs 242 pounds an hour for the lessons
