my stomach grumbles at the most embarassing times and its really killing my confidence.

Thing is, it sounds like im passing wind - and im not!

Its not because im hungry - because im always snacking and am very fit.

It seems to be down to some sort of reaction in my stomach.
There is no pain and it happens no matter what i eat.

    Any advice?

Do you skip breakfast? That happens to me a lot when I do.

I get this sometimes lmao! Only occasionally at the most irritating times though like during assembly or when everyone is working in silence >_< It seems to be if I've eaten or drank something too quick No advice other than it's probably not as loud as you think and it seems to happen to lots of people so I would try not to worry about it too much
