As discussed with my friends previously, the career prospects for ops seem to be quite dull and the job nature is v. repetitive (or boring). The turnover rate, therefore, is quite high. Also, when banks trim fat, ops ppl always and always get sacked first >< When thinking about it, I'd like to enquire the possible exit routes for ops, and especially for ops at ubs. I once read it somewhere on the internet that ops ppl could go to compliance/HR, and I wonder how true it is

Thanks for the thought in advance
