    hey guys,

Im just wondering, Im taking the gym more seriously these days..been going pretty much everyday. I do cardio mostly...around 30mins resistance training and then another 20mins on the weights. I mostly use the pectoral machines and th elike, rather than free weights. People have been commenting on my physique saying i look more hench..which is ok, except from im not eating much?? So essentially I should be lossing? is this my residual muscle protein got bigger? coz i doubt its coming from my diet.

    Wait what?

Firstly, do free weights not machines. They're a lot better for you...

Secondly you do resistance training then weights? You do realise resistance training = weights?

Get to the free weights and do stuff like bench/overhead press...

And i have no idea what you're on about at the end. You're probably just getting n00b gains so it doesn't matter about your diet too much at the start.

After a month or two n00b gains will stop and if you're not training/eating properly all progress will stop.
