How to make friends with a girl who thinks you fancy her watch

Theres a girl who thinks I really want her( i mean really) , I think she is ok but thats not the point , I want to be friends with her . But if I speak to her , she is going to automatically assume that I want her , and get a ego boost . So what can do , because I think there is nothing I could say , for her to think I am not interested . But I want to be friends with her, because I don't really have that many friends and she seems fun.

Be her friend then, you might change your mind and like her more than a friend
