    HERE IS THE QUESTION:
    The length of the rectangle is 35cm correct to the nearest cm.
    The width of the rectangle is 26cm correct to the nearest cm.

    Calculate the upper bound for the area of the rectangle.

    My way of answering it.
    35's upper bound is 35.5
    26's upper bound is 26.5
    Then 35.5*26.5= 940.75
    Am I right? :confused:

    Yup. [I assume you made a typo saying the length was 3cm.]

    ...although you should say what unit of area you're using.

    Wow I'm right, the units it must the answered in is cm squared.
