# 2 variable differentiation and iso x sections watch

1. hi guys,

I'm having a bit of a problem with multi-variate equations such as z=x^3 + y^3

how do i go about drawing the shape of an iso x section in the yz plane?
and i need to find fx = fy which i can do, but it says for what range of x does the condition hold true, how do i find the range?
