Georgian woman cuts off web access to whole of Armenia watch


    Not being funny, but the cable couldn't have even been in conduit if she managed to **** it up with her spade.

    I honestly fail to see how it's her fault; they say that rain and landslides may expose the line, but then you do something about it and don't put it in such a stupid place.
    You also put ALL pipe in conduit, several feet under ground.

    Had it been installed properly, she wouldn't have gone through it.
