I think that went terribly. Too much green chemistry,

I said CO is poisonous etc
and I said HCl contributes to acid rain. I'm not sure though.

I mentioned those as well but I guessed about 5 things for each one so I probably won't get the marks.

It's a shame because I did well in January but this just ruins EVERYTHING ):

Anyone want to join me to hunt the chief examiner and poison him with carbon monoxide?

Blagged most of the environment question which I guess I'll get most marks for. That enthalpy profile diagram was a bit confusing but meh, I've probably got at 1/3 for whatever I've done to it. The rest of it wasn't really a struggle. Shame I didn't know 25% of it was also geography...

I actually really liked this exam. It could have been so, so much worse. I loved the big marked questions, with nucleophilic substitution and using Infrared/Mass spec to work out the Ester.

The only one's I'm not sure on were the one with carbon monoxide and HCl, talked about haemoglobin and then HCl dissolving into rainwater to form acid rain. So I think I had a good guess at it.

I pwned the practicals somehow, so I don't need to do immensely well in this to get an A  Alot of people seem to have found it hard... so maybe the boundaries will be low :adore::adore::adore:

Also, I spent ages working how what they meant by "Shape"

what about the equilibrium question..can...rate of forward etc
    wth was that about?

altho most of it was alright i guess, i got propyl propanoate ! i drew it wrong so i guess thats about 3-4 marks down...

    q about international cooperation lmao

also for the hess cycle did u have to draw it arrows going down or up?? coz it asked for formation but values were combustion?! i went for combustion in the end

What about that question on international cooperation? That was pointless.

Also I really couldn't think of another use of methanol.
