I've been turning this over in my mind recently and I'm finding it difficult to come to any sort of conclusion.

I achieved 'A' grades in my mocks for 'FC' RE and 'SC' PE but realistically I should be achieving 'A*'s in these two as I see them as 'easy' or 'soft' subjects.

I was hoping that someone with experience of the exams could give me some advice. I hate to feel that I'd be wasting my time revising for two exams that barely matter to me so as it stands I'll just be reading over a few notes the night before the exams and hoping that will be enough to achieve my top 'A*' grades.

I've spoken to a few classmates who feel the same way as me so I'm sure there are some people on here in a similar predicament to me or even someone who was in the this position but has since taken the exams who could tell me how they managed.

Sidenote: To broaden my question I'm not limiting it to just RE or PE but any subjects regarded as 'soft' or unimportant. Thanks

You should! Universities tend to look at the quantity of A*s, not quality apart from specific subjects for specific fields.

Ok thanks. I think maybe i'll do an hour of RE every two weeks and just try to ace PE as i'm already 50% A* in my practicals.
