Well I got a score of 40. I think the test is very biased though, because my actual feelings and beliefs are often the opposite to what I actually do if there is potential to hurt someone's feelings.

    22.

I know I'm not an overtly empathic person so I expected a low result, but not that low. :o:

    47 was my score.

    I am woman!

As a side note; 34. I am very blunt, which some people take to be rudeness, even though this is unintentional.

Everything in this question for me is true, minus the bolded.

    40.
Thought it might be higher but my answers were fairly inconsistent to similar questions, just depended on what the situation or example was. Rather silly test actually.
This. The four options weren't enough for many of the questions.

    Your score: 14
0 - 32 = low (most people with Asperger Syndrome or high-functioning autism score about 20)
33 - 52 = average (most women score about 47 and most men score about 42)
    53 - 63 is above average
    64 - 80 is very high
    80 is maximum

    And on the Systemising one:

    Your score: 16
    0 - 19 = low
20 - 39 = average (most women score about 24 and most men score about 30)
40 - 50 = above average (most people with Asperger Syndrome or high-functioning autism score in this range)
51 - 80 is very high (three times as many people with Asperger Syndrome score in this range, compared to typical men, and almost no women score in this range)
    80 is maximum

I got 42, thought i would have got a bit higher tbh.

Its quite easy to manipulate this test to what you want to come out though

Woah, I thought my 10 was low!

It'd be very interesting to see if there's a correlation between 'taking a maths-intense subject' and 'being very bad at empathising' :awesome:

I am stunned by all these people getting 60+! Although I guess it's good that everyone so far is higher than me
Maths is my favourite subject, closely followed by Physics, then Chemistry. Hmm; there is possibly some sort of link.

What did you get in the other tests?

    68... wow.

That sort of proves that I'm not Asperger's, huzzah.

Although I do have dyspraxia, OCD tendancies and an anxiety disorder of some sort.

Plus I'm wanting to teach special needs children...

    71 on the empathy one
    64 on the systemizing one

So I guess that means I'm interested in everything, which sounds about right =D

I got 11, expecting to get around 50. It's given me something to think about though, because I often tend to get quite angry at people when they show certain sentiments towards others, because I usually considered it tobe insincere. Guess it's just me, then.

It does coincide with my degree choice, though: Maths & Philosophy.

Integers have the decency not to get all emotional on you - why can't people do the same?
Because humans have evolved further than integers
