I usually have my mind racing when I hit the bed. I tend to fall asleep anxious. therefore I have anxious sleep and wake up very groggy and anxious. I haven't had calm sleep for as long as I can remember. Does anyone else suffer from this? If you have battled this, how did you do it?

This is the second time in two days that I've given this advice, and I'm aware how stupid this sounds, but do online jigsaws. It seriously works. It numbs your brain into thinking about nothing but slotting one piece into another, it's almost hypnotic. Solitaire also works quite well, basically anything which absorbs your brain just enough to keep it occupied, but not enough that it wakes you up more.
