I dont think it matters, just do what you'd normally do and try not to break him....

...and he doesn't mind that he told you this five minutes ago, and the first thing you do is go on an internet forum to ask for help? Is he still in the room?

Drain him of all his body fluids in the only way a woman knows how.

Take it slowly with him and make sure he's comfortable. It's hardly a big deal, now, is it?

I don't mean to spoil the fun but I think HIV can be passed down to kids, so be cautious if the condom breaks

    Not all that likely though.

I'm pretty sure HIV/AIDS can be passed down to kids, that's why central africans take HIV tests before kids, no?

Only through body fluids. Its not genetic, so cannot be hereditary.

    A virus is not hereditary.
"The transmission of HIV from mother to child is a widespread problem throughout the world, as 25 to 35% of all babies whose mothers possess an untreated strain of the virus become infected"

Doesn't the baby receive bodily fluids through the fallopian tube from the parent in order to get nutrients etc. in the womb?
