Can't straighten my knee after being tackled in Football watch

    I don't think it'll be anything too bad if you could walk on it straight afterwards? A few days rest might suffice but probably go see your doctor. If it's swollen use some ice.

    You should see you doctor to rule out a complicated injury that may require surgery or physiotherapy.
    You don't want to have to quit football in the future just because you didn't let an injury cure, so don't overdue it. Give it some time, take it easy on sport, but foremost: Go see your doctor.
