some confusion here.. is a diploma of H.E. equivalent to a degree in the eyes of student finance? Also do universities view dip.of HE as equivalent to a degree ?
I'm trying to figure out if I will be charged international rate for tuition fees, even though I'm a British Citizen. The course I did was nursing, funded by the NHS, of which I spent half my time, slogging my guts out ,for free, on the wards.. hardly call that spending three years at university.
Is anyone in a similar situation? Being refused a tuition fee loan was a blow, but there is no way I can afford university if they charge me the international rate.

Call the student finance company, they'll have much more information

Counts as previous study, but will not be ELQ to a degree.
