So basically thats my problem. But I think i finally hit the final straw last night, it was a horrid binge from about 5pm onwards i just kept eating and eating. This morning i ran for an hour and a half to alleviate the guilt and the calories. But i have had enough i hate feeling like i do after.
My main problem is chocolate..although there are some other triggers such as peanut butter, biscuits etc..
I dont know whether to ban these foods or only allow one e.g. chocolate as this is the one i can mainly say to myself i will only have a bit and be done with it.
Anyone else had this problem? x
Do they actually matter?
