So basically thats my problem. But I think i finally hit the final straw last night, it was a horrid binge from about 5pm onwards i just kept eating and eating. This morning i ran for an hour and a half to alleviate the guilt and the calories. But i have had enough i hate feeling like i do after.
My main problem is chocolate..although there are some other triggers such as peanut butter, biscuits etc..

I dont know whether to ban these foods or only allow one e.g. chocolate as this is the one i can mainly say to myself i will only have a bit and be done with it.
Anyone else had this problem? x

Feeling disgusted and guilty is normal after binge eating. It appears that the foods you indulge in are comfort foods like chocolate and biscuits but these are very unhealthy, chocolate in itself is addictive for some but then binge eating will play havoc with your hormonal system and thus you feel disgusted, guilty and down. Keeping a dairy helps, a list of what food you eat because some people misunderstand binge eating. Do you smoke?
