I found this toad in my garden (UK Staffordshire area) and after much searching on the internet I have had no luck finding out what type it is. It has clear red stripes and a speckled belly (see other photos for these views). Does anyone know what type it is???

I think thats just a common toad, as it has coppery eyes and a speckled belly. Although never seen red coloration before.

Anybody who clicked on this thread is awesome.

It's the exclamation mark what did it for me, I just wanted to know what sort of toad was worth shouting about.

It looks like the Mexican Staring Frog of Southern Sri Lanka.

That's quite odd, it's definitely not a common garden toad
