    Does anyone know how many people fail econ B every years?
    And if the exam is really as horrible as people say?

    Failure rates:
    2007/8 - 5.65%
    2008/9 - 7.25%
    2009/10 - 6.81%

    As far as I recall, the exam isn't too bad.
    Section A is easy and section C is quite straight forward.
    Section B that is the most difficult part of the exam and it can become very time consuming. Tbh I can't remember much about the exam, I sat it two years ago.

    Yeah Section B is horrible especially the investment questions
    The pass mark is just 40 right?

    Yeah.
    I'd completely forgotten about those investment project questions, I used to hate them too.
