I got an interview on wednesday and need help

On the job description it says excellent excel skills. I can do all of these:
split screening
paste special
Auto Fill
freeze columns and rows
find the range and averages of data
formulas

Any more functions of excel which I need to practise?
might as well learnt the whole program just to be on the safe side as many interviewers does ask surprising questions...
