Just a bit curious, I want to know if the job scope of an analyst/valuer at Savills is undertaking general/financial valuation reports, market research and feasibility studies, are his skills transferrable to real estate investment banking or real estate private equity?

No. They develop different skill sets. Also the way in which these two get their money is different. One gets a % of property value, whilst the other (REPE) aims to get a steady stream of cashflows / rents from their property as well as property value increase. At REIB you'll learn how to build these operating models, whilst as a valuer you won't because that's not a function of your ability to generate revenue.
