I've got my History mock after easter and am looking at past papers. Does anyone have any tips on how to structure answers to the 12 mark 'How far' source question? I've never been taught how to attempt them in lessons and I don't really have a clue how to go about answering them.
Need to do well in History because I want to do it at uni.
Thanks for any help

The main thing to remember about 12 mark source questions is to compare the sources and find the similarities and differences between them. Then use your own knowledge to evaluate the sources. Also, when quoting sources, quote the bit you need fully and don't paraphrase as you get marked down for doing it.
Your answer should be about a page and a quarter.
Hope this helps

I just did my history mock as well and rreally struggled on the source questions. Do you need to write about the reliabilty and who produced the sources as well?
