Boyfriend of 5 years ended the relationship on the phone and refuses to talk in person and still has my stuff. He had bad depression before we split and home problems. What can I do?

My b/f of 4 years dumped me over the phone. So I know how you feel.
Can't you just turn up at his? at least to demand your stuff back, although you definitely deserve an explanation.

i wouldnt even bother with an explanation, he cant be that much of a man and care for you to do it by phone, leave the coward to crawl back under his stone

Go round there, get your stuff at the very least. Then try to talk while you're there, if possible.

I would say leave it a couple of days, don't contact him and then after that phone him and tell him I he wants to break up with you then to man up and do it in person while you get your stuff from him.

Try and get back with him, then dump him by email.

Go round and get your stuff back. Ask for an explanation. If you don't get one move on with your life.

It's nice to have one and to dump face to face but the reality is that break-ups are **** anyway.

I wish he would just meet and give me my things back if it's over - why prolong it? He said he needs to clear his head, what does that mean?
