Is there anything I can do to make it disappear quicker? It's not that bad but the rest of my skin is pale so it stands out

Try Sudocream - it's made for baby's nappy-rash and acne, but works just as well on sunburn

Oh, and drink loads of water too, because your skins really dehydrated - there's no quick fix, but drinking loads of liquids and applying after-sun will help more then just leaving it

    Hope this helps! x

Anti-histamine tablets. Sounds weird but the redness, soreness, itching etc. of sunburn isn't actually 'burn' as such, it's a histamine reaction, so anti-histamines do make it go down.
