If you do Further Mathematics at Latymer, you get four teachers so there's always a chance you'll have some very good ones and some that aren't as good (I've only ever had three different Maths teachers out of about 10, so I can't really comment on them in general). Chemistry is a mixed bag: there are several excellent teachers, but there's also one who can't control younger classes (shouldn't be a problem in the Sixth Form) and one who's just plain annoying.(Original post by the don)
Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry, Economics at Latymer
Maths, Further Maths,Chemistry, Economics and Clasical civ at St Michaels
Maths, Further Maths, Chemistry, Economics, Classical Civ and maybe politics in my spare time at Woodhouse haha
Yeah, its chilled, i know, but St Michaels is actually my first choice so will probs take that lol, but both Latymer and St Michaels are highly academic, whereas woodhouse is not so i think its between those two?
I don't know a single Economics teacher, but apparently the presentation given on the day of the options evening was boring to say the least. I didn't go, so you probably know better than me.
I hope that helps. It seems you're set on St Michael's though, so I guess I won't be seeing you at Latymer.

I'm going to Latymer Upper in September. I do a lot of music/drama- what are the people like there overall? Is it enjoyable?Last edited by boreilly27; 18-07-2011 at 00:42.
