    Why should a person be rich, protected and special by birth? Why should the taxpayer give the monarchy our money to do as they please? It's a good job the monarchy isn't running the country and for me to vote the last option may of been an over-reaction but these people are sucking off the state and WE are the ones who have to pay... The state will pay for their education but not mine!

    The crown pays £300 million tax a year to the government on property they own, as well as tourism. Give it a rest with the "they don't contribute to our society", ones a helicopter rescue pilot what do you all do for the country ?
