My Triceps have annoyed me today watch

    Well, I was working out yesterday and now my triceps are sore.
    Today, my plan was to work on my chest, e.g. Bench Press, Flyes
    Unfortunately I don't think I can as Bench Press Heavily relies on triceps
    Is there a better time to do triceps as this is going to be a recurring problem

    its not hard, just structure the days so that they don't interfere with each other!

    or just train triceps after chest.

    That might just work, i was just concerned about triceps on the sameday, as it seems a bit of an overload for the tri's

    Anyways, I had another protein shake 2day to help speed up recovery and i hope i recover by tomorow morning

    Troll Toll is taking the piss. But he's right. Soreness does not necessarily mean still damaged muscles. Nobody knows exactly why DOMS occurs but it's possible to train through soreness and still make progress.
